In order to find the cosmic body lines in your relocated chart, you need to play around with the relocated map. Find a place where that cosmic body is conjunct a cardinal point (ASC, IC, DC, or MC)

 For example, a place where your lilith is conjoined your relocated  ASC.

You can do this by going to astro.com, go to the extended chart selection, choose relocated chart as chart type, and when the chart shows up, go to the bottom of the page, select 'Reference Place', and select a random area until you find place where that cosmic body is making a tight conjunction to one of your cardinal points.
